Clubhouse Information – Welcome to the Upper Greenwood Lake Property Owners Association

The building itself is approximately 3,500 square feet. Attached to the building is a deck of approximately 2,000 square feet which wraps the building on 3 sides and looks out over the lake. The building interior is heated as well as air conditioned, the floor of the great room is wall to wall carpeted and the other areas are floored with ceramic tiles. The restrooms are accessible from both inside and outside and are handicapped accessible as well.

The clubhouse is available for rent for private events by UGL easement holders ONLY. Rentals are offered on only one day per weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, excluding Holiday weekends.

Easement Holder (current in all easement fees) $540.00

Weddings

Full POA Membership Holder $950.00
Easement Holder (current in all easement fees) $1250.00

There is a required rental of 3 days for weddings.
Friday is to be used for setup.
Saturday Wedding
Sunday is to be used for cleanup.

*Additional charges: $300.00 Refundable Security Deposit.
A $100.00 (non-refundable) Reservation Deposit is required at the time
of booking and is applied to the rental fee. For weddings a $300.00 (non-refundable)
